Having a mark on your criminal record can create barriers to employment and housing. Our office helps eligible residents of Harford and Cecil County remove qualifying convictions from their Maryland criminal records through the expungement process.

Who Can Receive Help

Services are available to individuals who meet our income guidelines. We will confirm that your annual income falls within our eligibility requirements when you apply.
