The Harford County Bar Foundation District Court Criminal Reduced Fee Program provides eligible defendants with an experienced private attorney who practices in Harford County and has agreed to accept a reduced fee to represent defendants at trial.  Defendants who are interested in seeking representation through this program must submit the following: 

  1. Online Application

  2. $50 Application Fee

  3. Photo ID

  4. Last year’s income tax return (Form 1040)

  5. Two most recent bank statements

  6. Two most recent pay stubs
