This class is accessible to a skill levels, whether you're new to yoga or a veteran, we welcome you to join us in our practice.
Your ticket entitles entry to our Yoga Centric Signature 1 Class :
Heated to 90 - 95 degrees, the Yoga Centric Signature 1 Class progresses through a one hour foundational vinyasa flow
The foundational vinyasa class is designed to build body heat, increase flexibility, strength, and mental clarity
The class will move through a connection of sun salutations, warming, powerful, and cooling poses
All proceeds directly support low-income individuals seeking legal representation in Harford and Cecil Counties.
